Really bloody descriptions of killings are okay, such as; "His mangled head had been ripped from his body; his body lied some way away from his head. There was blood still trickling from his open mouth, wide eyes, and scratched nose. 'Oh my...' Spottedleaf murmured softly to herself."

PROLOUGE
The forest was quiet. It was dark, and the wind whipped the trees. The branches seemed to shudder with an unknown presence, and there was an unknown presence there. A dark brown tabby was curled under a bush with a blue-gray she-cat. The she-cat was in obvious pain, her eyes closed. She was phanting hard.
“One more push, Bluestar,” the tabby meowed encouragingly to his mate. The blue gray she-cat, Bluestar, went rigid one last time. A tiny, mewling bundle slid from her body onto the leafy ground, where Bluestar licked him. He was a blue gray spotted tabby male kitten.
Bluestar went rigid once more. A second kitten slid from her body, and she licked it. This one was a light cinnamon brown tom. A third kitten came, a blue gray tom, and the final kitten came, a dark red tabby she-cat.
Bluestar sighed and looked at her mate, Tigerclaw. He was beaming at the tiny kittens. “They’re wonderful Bluestar…what are their names?”
“Bushkit, Scratchkit, Dustykit, and Rubykit.” Bluestar meowed, touching each kitten with her tail. She smiled up at Tigerclaw. “You like those names?”
He nodded. “Wonderful names for wonderful kits.”
That night, another litter was also born. Spottedleaf, the clan’s medicine cat, was curled up in her den. Four tiny kits were nestled in the crook of her stomach. Her mate, a sleek black and gray tabby stood beside her. The kits were Rabbitkit, Dirtkit, Jinxkit, and Whispkit. And, a dusky brown she-cat curled around her tiny kits, Night and Mystic. She knew it was illegal to have these kits-the tom she had them with had another mate. That night, she snuck out and gave the kits to a loner. Two other kits, Rainkit and Freezekit, were also born to Sandstorm and Dustpelt. All in all, twelve kittens were born that night. Twelve kittens that would intersect through each other’s lives and cause joy, hate, pain, misery, and death. This is the story, of the [i]Black Sun.[/i]
